The Overflow House Band is a collaboration of regional Canadian talent. This is a group of musicians and worshipers from across Ontario, with a single focus on making the name of Jesus high and leading you into encounters with Jesus through worship.

JEREMIAH NIENGOR

Jeremiah is a youth & young adults pastor church at first assembly church in Calgary Alberta. He is passionate and burdened for the next generation and wants to see young people raised up to influence the people around them and the world with the life-transforming presence of Jesus. His heart is to be a voice for the voiceless. In the same way, the transformative power of Jesus has changed his mind, his heart, and his way of life, he is on a mission to be a part of that very thing in young people's lives today

ASHLEY KENTIE

Ashley Kentie is the Next Gen Pastor at Evangel Church in Gander, Newfoundland. She also serves as the Provincial Youth Director for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland. Ashley's ministry allows her the great joy and deep honor of working alongside passionate leaders and pastors as they journey with children and students to encounter God and grow in their relationship with Christ. Ashley is married to David and together they have an energetic seven-year-old son Rowan, and a fluffy cat named Gizmo. Ashley loves coffee, sunshine and saltwater. 

RUBEN VALENY

Ruben is one of the young adults pastors at Hope City church in Edmonton, AB. He’s spent 10 years working and pastoring the next generation in different capacities. He loves to champion them and believe they’re never too young to understand what God has in store for them. Ruben and his wife are together on this thing called life and God’s adventure and cannot wait to be in Ontario for Overflow conference!

LEAH BENNETT

Leah Bennett is the young adult Pastor at Peoples Church Hamilton. In addition to being wife to Ryan and mom of two sweet and sassy girls (Reese and Marlow), she loves to bake, read and teach the gospel to people of all ages. Leah has attended Overflow almost every year for over a decade and can’t wait to see how God will move and speak to people this year!

RYAN BENNETT

Ryan is the Youth Pastor at Peoples Church in Hamilton. He has an incredible wife named Leah and two crazy girls that he loves so much. He has random hobbies like metal detecting and scuba diving and is addicted to IceCaps. Ryan is so pumped to hang out with you all at Overflow this year and see how God is going to shake up your life!

WORKSHOPS

CINDY ROSE

Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist with a private counselling practice in St. Catharines, Ontario.  Cindy enjoys working with clients of all ages who are presenting with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.  Cindy also has a pastoral background, with over 25 years of working with children, families, and ministry leaders through various ministry roles over the years.  Cindy loves and values her family greatly.  She is married to Mark and they have two young adult children.   

CRAIG LUFF

Craig is the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Calvary Pentecostal Assembly in Cambridge. Besides being a huge Leafs fan and veteran of dad puns, chill’n with his grandson Max might be his favourite thing! He’s no stranger to youth ministry or Overflow, and has been in ministry alongside his beautiful wife Cora, for over 25 years. Honestly . . He can’t wait to see what God does at OFLO 24!

ANDREW RUTLEDGE

Andrew has 25 years of youth ministry experience. He has a doctorate from McMaster Divinity College focused on engaging young adults in church leadership and is currently serving as an Executive Pastor overseeing the Next Generation ministries for Central Community Church in Niagara on the Lake. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Community Crew, a ministry that serves over 105,000 lunches a year to underprivileged kids across the Niagara Region. Andrew and Christiane have been married for 21 years. They have 4 kids, a cat, a dog, and a bunch of fish.

SHANE STEWART

Shane is the Connections Pastor at Faith Welland. He loves helping people discover how good God is, life with Jesus, and life with other Christians. Shane has been a Pastor since 2010, a Christian since 1999, and is a lifelong student. He loves his amazing wife Vicki-Lee, Overflow Youth Conference, the Brazilian National Soccer Team, British comedies, and Psalm 68:6a "God sets the lonely in families.

JESSE KATAHA

Jesse currently serves as the Young Adults pastor at Central Community Church where he has the privilege of doing his favourite thing, connecting people to Jesus and each other. When he’s not at church, you can find him adventuring with his wife and 2 young kids, teaching for the Hamilton-Wentworth School Board, and serving the community and wherever God opens the door. Jesse’s heart for the next generation is that all would discover the beauty found in Christ, our God given identity, and the magnitude of what was accomplished on the cross.
