REGISTRATION
Please read through this section and the FAQ section for answers to most registration questions. Please do not call or email our office until you have read through these sections. The Youth Pastor or Head Leader is the only one who can register their group for this event. We do not accept individual registrations.
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This event is tailored for high school and young adult students, typically aged 13-19. Adults are welcome to join but must be connected to a youth group to register. Not a youth group leader? Consider volunteering! As a volunteer, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the event, delicious meals provided during your shifts, and the rewarding experience of serving alongside others throughout the weekend.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Registration includes access to all event general sessions, workshops and activities. Your registration will also include the links to the livestream to share with parents and other leaders/pastors from your church. Registration does not include accommodations or meals.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
Registrations are open to Youth Groups ONLY.
**Individuals who are not part of a church group are invited to consider joining our team and serving at the event APPLY HERE or register for the Live Stream (below). Individual registrations are only available for the LIVESTREAM.
HOW DO I PICK UP MY GROUP’S REGISTRATION PACKAGE?
When you arrive at Braeside on Friday, May 22 after 5:00 p.m., please send a group representative (preferably Youth Pastor) to the Registration Box Office located in the Braeside Dining Hall (visible from the parking lot). There, your representative will be able to check your group in and pick up your group package, which includes wristbands and additional materials.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:
By participating in the Western Ontario District OVERFLOW as well as other venues and locations used by the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for OVERFLOW events, activities and sessions, your student is entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur by the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada on the dates as indicated above.
Your student’s entry and presence on the event premises constitutes the consent for student to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Western Ontario District of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises and participating in the Western Ontario District Overflow, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of your student at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of your child, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
