How Much Does it Cost?
Earlybird Registration ($62) - Must be postmarked or registered online no later than April 11, 2008. No exceptions.
Regular Registration ($72) - Must be postmarked or registered online no later than May 2, 2008. No exceptions.
Last Chance Registration ($82) – Must be postmarked or registered online no later than May 9, 2008. No exceptions.
After May 9th you must register onsite at the WRMC. Onsite registration will begin on May 16th at 5:00pm at the Overflow Registration Box Office. Limited registrations will be accepted. All onsite registrations (both returning and new groups) will be at the $82 rate.
NEW GROUPS: If your group has never attended Overflow, or has not attended since 2003, you are eligible to receive a $10 discount for each registrant. Contact the Overflow Office to verify your status and receive your discount registration code. Registration deadlines still apply. Onsite registration will be at the $82 rate.
Please note! All Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Registrations must be made by a youth leader. Students cannot register or attend this event without adult chaperones.
What Does Registration Include?
Access to all general sessions, concerts, workshops, and activities. Registration does not include accommodations or meals.
How to Register
Online:
Online registration is the preferred method for Overflow. It is both secure, and immediate.
Mail:
Mailed registrations must be complete with full payment (i.e. credit card, or cheque made payable to "Youth Ministries").
